A comfortable stylish apartment with a well- equipped kitchen and a bedroom with a queen-size bed.
Bed linen included in the winter (an optional extra in summer)
Sheet sets corresponding to the number of beds required, a bath towel per week p/p and 2 tea towels.
From December to May, bed and household linen is included in the apartment rental (the beds are made for you on your arrival).
Web 2.0
In the living room there is a large flat screen TV with multimedia, unlimited WIFI and Netflix.
The bedroom has a focused computer work zone with WIFI or Ethernet.
Washing facilities
In winter we offer a laundry service. You can give us a washing basket of laundry per week (equivalent to a 4k washing machine).
If you need to wash ski suits or larger items of clothing, there is a self-service laundrette (and dryer) opposite the residence.
Garage and ski room
You won’t need to pay the parking supplement approx. 88€ per week. A private garage is available for you to park your vehicle (max. dimensions: height 1.90 m, width 1 90 m, length 4.90 m) in the basement of the building with a direct access direct et intérieur à l’appartement.
In summer, you can safely store your bikes, motorbikes and other equipment.
In the entrance hall there is a large private ski room for storing skis, snowboards, boots, sledges or car ski racks.
Additional services
End of stay cleaning
You can choose to pay the end of stay cleaning charge of 60 €.
We would like to point out that if you choose to do the cleaning yourself at the end of the stay, it must be meticulously done so that the apartment can be let again in the same condition that you found it (dusted, hoovered, mopped, clean WC and bathroom, kitchen, fridge, hob ….)
Welcome pack on your arrival
We can arrange for you to have a welcome pack delivered to the apartment so that you can have a stress-free start to your holiday.
Price for this service: 30 Euros.
The price will depend on your shopping list and will need to be paid on the key handover.
Household linen in SUMMER
From June to August, you need to provide household linen.
We can provide the following extras:
- For a single bed: pack inc. sheet + duvet cover+ pillowcase = 23 Euros per week
- For a double bed: pack inc. sheet + duvet cover+ pillowcases = 26 Euros per week
- Pack inc. bath towel p/p up to 4 people max. and 2 tea towels = 20 Euros per week.
Laundry facilities in summer
There is a self-service laundrette (and dryer) opposite the residence where you can easily do all your washing.
A washing rack is available in the apartment to dry your washing on the balcony if necessary.
On request we can supply as a supplement: a baby’s cot, high chair and booster seat.
